IS SHIPPING HEMP LEGAL?
Yes. All of our hemp is legal to ship nationwide under the 2018 Farm Bill. All of our hemp tests under the federal limits of combined 0.3% THC. Orders are shipped with documentation including Hemp Growers License, Notice to Law Enforcement/USPS, and post-harvest Certificate of Analysis.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED AND SHIPPED?
Your order will be shipped to mitigate odor emission and include documentation showing that it is legal hemp. We ship orders with USPS and UPS. Your order will be processed and shipped no more than 2 business days after your order is placed. However, orders are usually shipped the next business day after they are received. Please contact us for international shipping before placing your order.
