IT ALL BEGINS WITH A SEED

In the spring time, we carefully plant each seed by hand in trays with native organic soil under the Southern Oregon sun. About a week later, after several gentle waterings, they germinate and their life begins.

INTO THE FIELD

In early June when the seedlings are well established and several inches tall, they are brought to the field and transplanted to their final home. We sow each seedling by hand to ensure success and lessen shock. Seedlings need careful attention for their first few days in the field, so we walk each row checking on every plant.

GROW TIME

When our plants are well established, we water as necessary, pull weeds around stalks, and regularly monitor their growth. Healthy plants mean vigorous growth, which in turn means a superior flower for you to enjoy.

EARLY FLOWER

In late July, plants begin to flower and rapidly grow in size from 50%-100% over the course of the next 3-4 weeks. Towards the middle and end of August, flower clusters become visible.

FLOWERS IN THE FALL

As the days become shorter, flowers grow larger and become dense. We regularly survey field conditions, checking individual plants for overall health.

HARVEST. DRY. CURE.

In October, when buds are formed and dense we begin to harvest. We carefully hang plants for slow drying in our climate controlled environment. After drying, we remove buds from the stalk and begin curing in sealed totes. This preserves terpenes and cannabinoids so you get the best experience hemp has to offer.

TRIMMING AND TESTING

Once curing is complete, we remove the leaves and hand trim our hemp. Then it is analyzed by a third party testing lab for potency, pesticides, microbials, and metals so you can be confident you are getting a clean, safe product.
